Liner band is marked "68". Interior crown is marked "1415". The helmet is nicely painted and features shades of green, brown, and yellow in a patch pattern with the colors separated by regulation finger-wide black stripes. The shell retains both of the extended ventilation lugs. The helmet also retains both of the rivets for the M91 chinstrap system. All 3 liner split pins remain in place including the correct thicker rear pin. The pins retain their original camouflage paint which matches the paint of the panels they are secured to. Interior of the helmet contains the steel retaining band, which remains intact and dates this helmet to around 1917. Missing leather liner and chinstrap. There are scattered areas of paint loss with scuffs and other blemishes. CONDITION: Good.
