C. 1939. The Mills novelty Company, Chicago IL. As bell slot machines began to decline, in 1939, Mills succeeded in creating this commercially successful slot machine that also features an escalator bell. CONDITION: This is an original condition slot in as found condition. Backdoor is missing the lock, but is original. Award card and reel strips are original. The base has brown staining, and the front casting moderate oxidation. No Keys.
