Lovely cabinet sized poupee with bisque swivel head incised "A" on separate bisque shoulder plate. The doll has a slight smile with the "Mona Lisa" look. She is on a firm white kid body with separately stitched fingers, arms and legs are curved but have no separate gusset joints. She wears a short blond, probably original, mohair wig over cork pate, has pierced earlobes, and is well re-costumed in antique blue silk and lace including a knit cap with cloth flowers and a cloth flower bouquet on the top front of her dress. Undergarments are old, as are the nice black leather flat-soled fashion shoes. CORRECTION: Torso is original but linen and not kid.
Condition: (Excellent).
