C. 1940. The Mills Novelty Company, Chicago IL. A nice fully restored example of a later Mills High Top slot machine in quarter denomination. CONDITION: The machine shows a beautiful restoration in faux marble paint, with new reel strips, award card, back door, cash box and matching stand. Plays and pays, with keys.
