This is a wall-mounted version with an added table top. Mounting system with cast iron mounts. It has the original selection labels. All the big lifestyle buttons are intact. The coin head reads "5¢" and the front of the machine reads "Wurlitzer" in red letters. It comes with a Wurlitzer service instruction parts catalog. CONDITION: In good, original condition overall.
