Straight tapered blade with convex faces, ricasso stamped "L. ADAMS" on one side. Simple 'S' shaped hand forged iron guard. Wooden grip with small iron cap on pommel. CONDITION: Very good, blade shows a grey patina with some dark spots, slight bend near tip. Guard retains a dark patina and grip is very good with nice patina. A nice early American sword.
