Superior quality 14" (35cm) bisque socket head, incised in the back of head "Depose E 5 J", having spectacular blue paperweight eyes, a closed mouth with red highlighted lips and the illusion of a space in between and pierced earlobes. The head is attached by a coil spring to the original fully jointed body with straight wrists, with fine original finish. There is a blue stamp on the back torso reading "JUMEAU MEDAILLE D'OR PARIS". The costume is pink silk and lace, antique and possibly original, with old undergarments, antique socks, and dark leather shoes with buckles impressed on the soles with two illegible letters, likely a toy shop logo. She wears a very nice antique dark blond mohair wig with bangs and long loose curls in the back.
