The Anciaume family in Paris were known for their marvelous craftsmanship in building musical instruments. This barrel organ, clearly identified as Anciaume, Paris is a wonderful example of their work. Dating to the late 19th century, the workmanship to the cabinet, inlay design, and ebonized case are musical art to say the least. With a wonderful full rich sound as well. CONDITION: Shows great care in condition considering the age, possibly an early restoration, but plays well, and would be better when tuned. A wonderful example of early mechanical music.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.

Condition: (Very Good).
