Looks to be all original. Dual wheels in rear, nickel driver, embossed "Mack" in gold lettering on both sides of cab doors, embossed "Gasoline" on both sides of rear gas tank and "Arcade" inside above frame. Nice gold highlighting. Some minor to moderate paint chipping and wear.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
