Original black rubber tires marked "Hubley". Metal spokes. Nickeled pumper and side wheels, original front and rear drivers, silver highlights inclduing headlights and radiator cap. Minimal wear with only slight edge wear - you would be hard-pressed to find a better example.
Condition: (Near Mint - Mint).
