Original black rubber tires marked "Hubley". Silver spoke wheels, original cast driver, embossed "Hubley" on rear of toy. When pushed, 12 pistons inside engine go up and down. Some oxidation to bare metal wheels, some paint rubbing and wear on top of helmet of driver.

Condition: (Excellent).
