This a pair of cast iron tobacco cutters. CONDITION: (A) A National Tobacco Works cutter, which shows original plating, oxidation and surface rust throughout. (B) A Ball Putman tobacco cutter, showing oxidation and surface rust throughout. There is applied black paint to the embossed advertising.
