This cigar cutter is very similar to the push bars, has a pinch mechanism on the right-hand side for nipping the cigars. It advertises New Currency Cigars by David Chalmers Tobacco Company in Kansas City, Missouri. CONDITION: There is significant loss to plating to the top plate. There are areas of plate lifting to the tin sides, and some areas of staining to the front cigar label.
