This push bar style cigar cutter advertises an antigambling theme. It has a wood base and tin sides with a push bar cutter. CONDITION: There are areas of staining and paper loss to the front advertising. It has a piece of missing glass in the upper right-hand corner. There are areas of plating loss to the top cutter.
