These napkin holders were very popular in the 1940s/50s in diners and soda fountains. For a penny, you could receive a fortune while sitting at the diner. It comes with two napkin holders on either side. CONDITION: There are some areas of oxidation, primarily to the napkin holders. It is fully operational and functional. No fortunes come with the device, but they are available online.
