This is a wonderful desktop cigar lighter with match holder in cast bronze, in the form of a cowboy or possibly a farmer. Cast bronze base with a mounted figural man carrying a large backpack, which is in fact the kerosene compartment. A flame would protrude from his mouth when lit and would be used to light matches in order to light your cigar. These desktop cigar lighters came in many forms, and this one is made of solid bronze. CONDITION: There are areas of oxidation, with darkening of the bronze finish providing a great aged look. There are no breaks, cracks or repairs to the piece.
