A nice collection of three early metal and reverse painted glass insurance company signs. (A & B) Two reverse painted glass signs. CONDITION: Both retain good color and graphics throughout the field. Boston Insurance Company sign remains very nice. (9.0). Northwestern Fire & Marine Insurance company sign shows a vertical crack towards the left-center of the sign and areas of paint loss throughout the field. (6.5). (C) Metal Providence Washington Insurance Company sign. CONDITION: Shows areas of pitting in the field, but retains good color to the letters. (8.5).
