This is a countertop trade advertising piece. This sign is hand-painted with wood base and metal handle. This piece advertises a Robin Starch brand for irons and was most likely was displayed in retail settings. This is a nice example of a painted advertising trade sign that will be a unique display item in any country store collection. Age is undetermined.
