Offered is an old beaver skin stovepipe Lincoln style hat with original hat ribbon, black plume, and patriotic brass hat badge that features eagle, shield and canons "E PLURIBGUS UNUM". Badge measures 4 - 1/2" x 3 - 1/2". Hat is 7 - 1/2" tall and is very fragile. The brim is loose and shows lots of edge wear, but given the age a fragility of such a rare piece, this wear is to be expected. One of the very few examples to ever come to market.
