This looks like a double ribbon with both ribbons the same with green and yellow bands. Between and following outer edges of both ribbons is red transparent glass forming one single ribbon. Very rare style of a single ribbon. Outer decorations include alternating blue underlaid with white and red underlaid with white bands. Surface shows two micro reflections. Early faceted pontil.
