Head measures 5-7/8" with a 3-1/2" crescent cutting edge. Hand forged iron construction with a 3" spike with flat sides. Head is mounted to an iron pole which is set into a conical iron ferrule at the top of the haft. Haft measures 22-3/8". CONDITION: Head and ferrule retain heavy brown patina and show some corrosion and surface rust. Original haft has a dry surface with some losses, cracking, and raised grain. A very nice Revolutionary War era tomahawk.
