AGS CERTIFIED #10639 & 10640. DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Everbrite. Excellent displaying C. 1940's Porcelain Sign for Evinrude Outboard Motors showing bright green & white neon on each side. CONDITION: Side one is overall excellent showing bright color & gloss in the blue and green with some dullness in the gloss in the white. Side one shows some minimal stain markings in the field and is free of any notable chipping with minimal wear at the edges, (Score 89). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss in the blue & green with some oxidation to the white porcelain. Side two shows some very minimal field surface wear as well as one chip at the upper right edge. The remaining outer edge is excellent showing minor areas of light chips but overall very good, (Score 87). Sign shows both of its original green bullnose attachments at each end, both showing minor nicks as well as some rain discoloration to the gloss but overall display excellent. Sign is mounted on a repainted metal can which shows hooks for hanging and overall displays with the signs well. An excellent displaying example.
