On tin painted base, marked "Germany". Cloth-covered clown with celluloid head playing tin hand-painted banjo. Clown dressed in cloth with neck piece. Moderate to heavy paint loss and wear to front of base, some paint loss to hands. Celluloid head looks like it has no dents or cracks.
Condition: (Very Good).
