Appealing baby in excellent condition with cotton cut-out and lace romper suit that appears original, as does the brown human hair wig over cork pate. The full marking on the back of the head is "A & *R Simon & Halbig 126 42". She has an open mouth with two upper teeth, well-painted eyebrows and lashes, with blue glass eyes that sleep and flirt from side to side when head turned to the side. It has tin eyelids that come down and cover the eyes when in sleeping position, with an additional "eye lock" as well inside the head to prevent the eyes from sleeping if desired. The five-piece bent limb body is original with original finish and overall very good condition, with just one minor craze at the interior of the right elbow. 16".
