Exceptional condition Litton Military AIM-1D/DLR laser aiming light in original case complete with original operators manual and Serv-air, Inc packing list dated February 1991. Push button cable and hex head wrench also included in this kit. This laser light was designed for operation so that the user could wear night vision goggles and still effectively aim and fire their weapon. It will fit any weapon from handguns to crew-served weapons, rifles, shotguns, and machine guns. This unit was designed to be operated at variable light intensities, either locally or through a remote-controlled cable. Included with this lot are two original military mounting bracket assemblies shown pictured. The mounts are for the .30/.50 cal machine guns. No serial numbers except for one of the brackets, which is 5855-01-046-7272. This highly desirable laser aiming light takes common AA batteries and, according to consignor, is new except for when he opened it and tested it. It works! Included is a photocopy of a DRMO property identification and tag provided by the consignor, as well as a photocopy of in illustrated specification sheet. The dimensions of the unit are 92 x 57 x 40 mm and it take two 1.5v DC AA batteries. Sure is great to find something like this which takes batteries which are so readily available. A great find!!
