Lot consists of: (A) Heer "Eickhorn" dagger, (B) Slant Grip Heer "PUMA" dagger, and (C) Unknown naval dagger. (A) Early Heer dagger with a "Eickhorn, Solingen" marked blade with cross graining, light runner and scattered marks, and light stains. Plated zinc fittings appear to be undamaged, with patina. Trylon grip is undamaged. Blade is slightly loose, and the correct portepee with light damage is attached. Early quality steel scabbard and fittings retain most of their black finish. CONDITION: Excellent plus. (B) Early slant grip Heer dagger with a "PUMA" marked blade with runner and scattered marks, light freckling, and stains. Might have been polished. Late plated zinc fittings appear to be undamaged, with patina. Trylon grip is undamaged. Correct portepee with no damage is attached. Steel scabbard and fittings have approximately 40% finish remaining, with patina. CONDITION: Excellent. (C) Unknown naval dagger with what appears to be a 7-1/2" German made nickel plated blade in near mint condition. Brass fittings and trylon grip are undamaged. Brass scabbard also appears to be undamaged. CONDITION: Near mint. WZ
