Lot consists of: (A) One 18th century American or British artillery horn with engraved brass spout and threaded removable wooden plug at butt. Horn is mounted with two iron rings on the body. CONDITION: Excellent. Two other large and unusual horns, one with an extremely long knob at the plug end and with its spout missing. The other carved with a mouth around the spout, probably Southern. CONDITION: Good to very good showing some chipping around plug. There are also two small priming flasks with screw tip spouts, both are slightly flattened and green in color. CONDITION: Very good with some minor chipping. (B) A 19th century horn decorated with patriotic Naval motifs including a ship and a shield with crossed anchors. CONDITION: Good with some worm damage and some cracking at spout. A very large flat horn with horn plug at both ends and a threaded spout. CONDITION: Very good showing some minor marks. (C) A Sykes bronze powder flask. CONDITION: Denting on both sides and dark patina.
