Lot consists of (A) Unembossed brown-amber ball with seven horizontal ridges and one vertical mold seam. Jagged spout. (B) Blue ball with crosshatch design and flattened equatorial band with "N.B. Glass Works Perth" with reversed "S"s and upside down "P"s. Jagged spout. (C) Unembossed blue target ball with some of the detritus filling used to simulate shooting a bird. Five mold lines. Staining on interior. (D) Emerald green "Shooter" ball with embossed man with a shotgun in a reserve amidst crosshatching. Three mold lines. Bottom half hatching soft. (E) "N.B Glass Works Perth" embossed ball, with correct Arabic orientation on letters. Pale aqua coloring. (F) Borgadus glass ball with diamond crosshatching and flattened equatorial "BOGARDUS GLASS BALL PAT'D APR. 10 1877." Flattened areas around spout and at curved base. Rich amber color. Three part mold line. (E) Bogardus glass ball with diamond crosshatching and flattened equatorial "BOGARDUS GLASS BALL PAT'D APR. 10 1877." Flattened area around spout and at curved base. Three part mold lot. (F) E. Jones ball with crosshatching and equatorial flattened strip with "E. JONES BLACKBURN LANCASTER (?)". E. Jones clearly legibly, rest of embossing very soft as is typical for this ball. Three part mold seam. CONDITION: Balls are good to very good for glass of this age, with some staining as mentioned. No discernible cracks or nicks. Balls with various levels of bubbling. EW
