Lot consists of : M1 Helmet, swivel bale, front seam, shell is overpainted, Capac liner. Covered with a HBT USMC camouflage cover. Liner webbing in very good condition, exterior shows paint wear. Cover shows staining and minor wear: P-44 Camouflage HBT Trousers in excellent unused condition: P-44 Camouflage HBT Jacket showing general fading and period repairs: Pair “Rough Out” Leather Combat Boots, contract dated 1943, made by Endicott Johnson and size marked 1”13 1/2”. Unused condition showing storage wear only: Uniform with tunic dated 1942-43 with Marine Raider patch on left sleeve, corporal chevrons and one service chevron. Trousers dated 1943 and two garrison caps. All in very good – excellent condition: Three- Pocket Thompson Magazine Pouch in unused condition, reverse marked “USMC” and dated “1944”. Contains three 30 round magazines in excellent condition: Web Belt with .45 leather holster dated 1945, in excellent condition: USMC P-41 Two-Piece Knapsack in very good condition: T Handle shovel with cover dated 1942, very good condition: Model 1902 Bayonet, ricasso marked “A.F.H. U.S. 1942”, excellent condition. Scabbard shows minor dents and scratches: Camouflage poncho dated 1942, soft and pliable but shows period repairs and a few holes: Two USMC blankets showing wear: USMC Canteen set with third pattern cover and black enamel canteen dated 1942. Canteen shows some chipping to the enamel, cover is very good: HBT Cap with stenciled EG&A, shows fading and wear: HBT Garrison Cap in good condition: .45 Clip Pouch, reverse marked “USMC”, very good: Pair Of Canvas Puttees with USMC contract tags, very good condition. Accompanying the lot is a cotton Japanese flag, wrench displaying kanji on one side and a piece of shrapnel.
