Ivory is painted throughout with gold, fuchsia, teal and peach pink painted over the artistic carved details. "Limoniare Freres Waldkirch" in gold lettering, centered at the top. There is wear with multiple indications of paint loss and use. Plays with 7 ¼" folding paper books. Comes with several books of music including Orchestrone No. 49 playing an endless sheet of nine songs. The 46 Keyless Limonaire organ with cymbals and drums was built in Waldkirch in Breisgan, Schwarzwald, Germany around 1908. Restored in 1987. The machine sold for a hammer price of $24,900 in 2004.
