German. Working. Nice lithography, Dunlop Cord wheels, and four tin litho firemen. Tippco mark on hood. Toy has very little wear overall with just a few small spots of oxidation. Includes scarce original box with beautiful paper label. Box has some torn and missing side aprons from lid.
