Marbles include all handmade swirls and onionskins. All marbles are melted but some yellow latticino swirls, solid core swirls, and onionskin patterns are still visible. Provenance: These marbles were bought in Chicago from a woman who claimed her Great Grandmother bought them at the 1893 Chicago World's Fair as a souvenir of the Great Chicago Fire in 1871. We cannot prove this to be 100% accurate but have included this story from the consignor to let the buyer make their own decision.
