Unmarked shoulder head with short blonde curly hair probably by Alt, Beck & Gottschalck with tapered eyebrows, blue painted eyes with red eyelid line and black eyelash line, white dot highlight and outlined irises, rosy cheeks, closed mouth with lip shading line; antique cloth body with leather arms (patches and replaced cloth lower legs); very nice antique clothing (needs to be laundered). Charming one ready to display, would look great sitting in a child's chair!
