Japanese. Made by Nomura. Working. With T.V. Camera and screen; AKA Tulip Head. Includes original box. Toy has some minor wear on high points of chest and light scratches on face. In operation, head clocks open/shut before fully opening and revolving with T.V. camera. Box has one very small tear repair to face.
