American. Working. All original scarce red accordion variation. Popeye with original arms and pipe and Olive Oyl with original bun. Nicely lithographed scenes depicting Popeye characters around base. Some scratching and edge wear to base. Includes scarce and colorful partial original box with some tearing and creasing. Box is also missing top flaps and the top half on one side of the box.

Condition: Toy (Very Good) Box (Good).
