German. Toy is all original including suitcase, dog, cane, and original metal pull bar that operates the toy via a flywheel mechanism. The dog has been reattached to the replacement wire leash. Some scratching and wear throughout along with some litho loss to inside right leg of the male figure from rubbing against the female figure. Includes extremely rare original box that is complete but does have some staining throughout. Nice paper label on box shows a man and woman walking with dog and describes directions on how to operate the toy.
