American. Wind-up mechanism is working but needs flint to spark. Toy is in nice condition but has scuffing on bottom and a dent in right rear. Includes original box for the Buck Rogers Rocket Ship toy (box is original but not to this specific toy). Box has extra flint holders in original package.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
