America, ca. 1890. A tall box-back house with steeply pitched roof, the exterior painted to simulate brick with four glazed windows in the front-opening facade and eight faux windows on the sides, faux double front doors, opens in the front to display four principal rooms and an attic. The interior features painted walls and floors, the kitchen floor is finished with very old linoleum and the house is amply furnished with an assortment of antique commercial and homemade furniture including an especially desirable German kitchen cupboard and wall-mounted tin salt and meal canisters, numerous pieces made by Schneegass (armoire damaged), fretwork and oak furniture, old porcelain bathroom fixtures and a wonderful painted tin hot water heater with shower and faucet, an antique cast metal chandelier, and three antique and one modern dollhouse dolls.
