American. Black rubber tires marked "Turner". Unusual model with four window cutouts on each side. Airplane no longer has its bottom clapper piece but does have the original tail fin and prop. Two star decals on wing are moderately chipped and plane is all original but does have some scratching and wear throughout.
Condition: (Very Good).
