Japanese. Distributed by F.J. Strauss Company in New York. Works sporadically. Toy has cardboard insert, instruction sheet, and plastic bag with three metal toys (two vehicles and one airplane). Battery box is clean but it may have some touchup paint in corners (possibly factory). Scarce toy with colorful original box. Box has some minor creasing and staining.
Condition: (Excellent).
