A nicely detailed example of a lithopapered front-opening dollhouse colloquially referred to as a "Gutter House" for the unusual detailed molding applied under the roof eaves, featuring peaked roofline, pillared front porch with balcony above, the facade with hinged front door, glazed first floor windows with original lace curtains, opens to reveal two rooms decorated with over-scaled original wallpapers and furnished with six pieces of larger scaled oak dollhouse furniture, a homemade upholstered recamier, and a small jointed all bisque dollhouse doll.

Condition: 18" H, 10" W, 9" D.
