American. Pressed steel and tin litho. When wound, fire chief car and patrol shoot out from fire house (one on each side). Toy comes with hard-to-find spinner and both pressed steel car and truck. Also comes with a very scarce instruction operation sheet. Fire Department Headquarters roof has some box rubbing and scratching. Includes original box with original price of $2.95 in top corner and original cardboard insert. Box does have one or two poke holes and some creasing. Very difficult to find this set when complete and in this condition.
