Made in Japan by Yonezawa. Working. Has box. Toy is missing red tip on the on/off switch and one of the rubber buttons that goes the bottom of a fin is off but there. All the rubber ends to the buttons on the fins are smashed in somewhat. Some scratching and two small dings on battery door and some brown stains on the inside of the batter door. One hubcap is missing. Toy ( Very Good - Excellent). Box (Near Mint).
