Made by Aoshin Japan. Includes original box. Box does have nice color graphics but does have some tearing and creasing throughout. Toy itself is a harder black color variation. Whole body of the car is tin and heads of Batman and Robin are vinyl. Very little wear to car. Box (Very Good). Toy (Excellent).
