Japanese. Working. Marked "Made in Japan King Features Synd.". Toy is all original including pipe bowl and bell. Rubber wheels are good and original pants are slightly faded (as per usual with this toy). Also, a few minor spots of factory touchup to tabs and some slight rubbing on arms. Includes very scarce original box with original $1.00 price tag written in red pencil. Box has slight creasing and spotting overall.
