First is a napkin holder resting on a wheel barrow which is on a shield-shaped base. Marked "James W. Tufts, #1537". (Very Good). Second ring is a very ornate earthen base with a turtle, a lily flower with a movable stem climbing up each side of the napkin holder, and a big fly on the very top. Marked "Meriden Silver Plate Co., #242". Large and impressive.
