A Kate Greenaway-type boy is seated on a slant board with reins in his left hand and whip in his right hand. He is in front of the napkin holder and on the top is the open salt, pepper shaker and behind that is a butter plate. The pieces are probably not original to this piece but all are antique and fit well. Marked "Derby Silver Co., #518". Severe silver loss.
