Bigelow, Kennard & Co., Boston ca. 1865, comprising a teapot, cream jug and covered sugar bowl, all with globular bodies with floral chasing and on flat bases; together with a cream jug and open sugar bowl with similar decoration, Stieff, on cast feet. All marked sterling under bases. The tea set with even light wear to all high points of design. (5)Height of teapot: 5-1/4 in; total weight: 35 oz.***Some detail in floral chasing on tea set is worn away, but wear is even; no holes noted; Stieff cream and sugar in very good condition; with initial under rims.
