Pre-war Japan. Distributed by George Borgfeldt. Donald and Pluto figures spin around when wound. Cracks on both feet where they attach to the metal base of large Donald. Split in neck of large Donald Duck. Working but needs adjustment to spin. Umbrella is original but not to this toy.
