France, ca. 1875, German parian-type shoulder head, blue painted eyes, closed mouth, molded blonde hair, fully articulated figure of a boy with metal hands. Wearing original silk and lace boys suite. Riding a finely decorated clockwork tricycle with cast metal spoke wheels. When wound he pedals his tricycle and steers left and right.
